About Bovarius
Capital and construction under one stewardship.
Bovarius Capital is a privately held capital infrastructure platform that sponsors single-purpose investment vehicles for accredited investors. Each strategy is anchored in durable, real-world assets, structured around an owner-operator model that keeps oversight close to execution. The platform's active vertical is residential development in Magnolia, Texas, with additional strategies in development.
The Bovarius model
Single-purpose vehicles
Every strategy is structured as its own LP family. Investors back specific assets in a defined project, not a blind commingled pool.
Accredited investors only
Offerings are private, made under Regulation D Rule 506(b). Capital is committed for the defined hold period of the strategy at hand.
Active strategy
Texas residential development.
The active strategy is residential development in Magnolia, Texas, an area defined by mature live oak canopy and large wooded lots in Montgomery County, north of Houston. Each project is held in its own LP that acquires a single parcel, builds a finished home, and sells it. Construction is executed by Canvas Homes, the affiliated builder, under contract. The GP and Canvas Homes share ownership and oversight.
